I cannot log in after the registration process?

If you cannot log in to your account, it is likely that you did not complete your new connection. You do this by entering the mail you receive immediately after you start the process. Touch the link that refers to completing the action to resolve the problem.

I am a new user – how do I connect to my company’s existing account?

First step is to start a user account by selecting the option “sign in” on the homepage. After finalizing the process, you will enter your personal page. Here you can choose “connect to a company”. Then you search for the company in question and request to be connected. Your request is approved by a person who is already affiliated with the specific company.
