New features: expiration date and Swedish Wood
We are launching two new features in the system: expiration dates and an integration with Svenskt Trä.
Expiration date
It is now possible to mark registered articles as expired by adding the date when the article was discontinued or no longer produced. This can be specified under the criteria area Article information in the manual edit mode or in the import file.
Expired articles are marked with their own filter and tagging on the search page:

The background to this is that we have seen a need for articles to remain published even when they have been discontinued/discontinued because those who have already purchased the articles still need to be able to see the information.
If you want to know what it looks like when you have posted an expired article at BASTA, see this example from Camfil.
Swedish Wood
Now you can see data from Swedish Wood's Product Catalogue at BASTA! For articles with GTINs that are available at both Swedish Wood and BASTA, a selection of data from Swedish Wood is now shown on the article page as well as a link to Swedish Wood's Product Catalogue.

To find articles with data from Swedish Wood, it is now possible to use a separate filter for just this on the search page under External data sources:

If you want to know what an article looks like at BASTA with data from Swedish Wood, see this example from Södra Skogsägarna.
