Finnfoam focuses on transparency and sustainability with the BASTA system

Choosing BASTA for quality and control

- BASTA is one of the most user-friendly and professional systems we have encountered. It is clear, logically structured, and we always receive quick and competent support when we need it. We also appreciate that there is a clear control function – auditing is an important part of our work, says Kari Hägg.

The use of BASTA is both customer-driven and an internal tool for Finnfoam. Since many customers require BASTA registration, the system has become a natural part of the company's processes.
- For us, BASTA is not only a way to meet customer requirements, but also a form of self-control. It helps us to have full transparency regarding the substances in our products and serves as an internal quality assurance tool.
Looking ahead, Finnfoam sees opportunities to further deepen the collaboration and benefit from the expertise that has been built up around the system.
