What is Omnibus?
Omnibus is the European Commission's initiative to simplify several of the EU's sustainability regulations. The package was presented on 26 February 2025 and aims to reduce the administrative burden on companies while maintaining the EU's overall climate and sustainability objectives.
What is ESRS?
ESRS is a set of standardized disclosure requirements for companies operating within the European Union and is closely linked to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD, Directive 2022/2464). ESRS stands for European Sustainability Reporting Standards.
