Get an overview, import, export and edit

When a registered company signs in, they are taken to the Portal, where they can view all registered articles, associated product information and any assigned grades. The portal makes it easy to edit, import and export individual articles or large sets of articles quickly and efficiently.

The portal is designed to be an intuitive and user-friendly tool, providing a clear overview of your product portfolio while ensuring that updates are reflected immediately throughout the system.

If your organization uses BASTA logbooks, access to your logbooks is also available through the portal.

What is included in the Portal?

Company page

On the company page, you can see the following information
  • General
  • Account & billing
  • BASTA information
  • Articles
  • Insights 
  • Users

Article page

Om the article page,you can:

  • Filter and search for articles. You can choose which information to display by selecting the columns that should be visible in the table.
  • Export articles. From the table, you can also select which articles you want to export for further processing in the export file.

Loggbook

Under the logbook service, you can access all information related to your logbooks, including:

  • my projects
  • workspaces for your logbooks
  • manage workspaces
