Strong and long-term governance
Here we present BASTA's board and the three councils that support us in our work: Scientific, Marketing and Audit Councils.
Board
BASTA's board determines the direction of the company and system.
Scientific board
The purpose of BASTA's Scientific Council is to ensure that current external factors, expert expertise and the various interests of the construction and civil engineering sector are taken into account in the management and development of BASTA's criteria.
Marketing council
The purpose of the Market Council is to act as an advisor to BASTA's CEO through monitoring the external environment.
Audit council
The Audit Council consists of the auditors contracted by BASTA to perform audits of affiliated companies. The council provides views on criteria and the process for quality assurance.
