Article and company pages

Open and searchable information about products and companies

Article and company pages make information about affiliated companies and registered products in the BASTA system easily accessible. Each company and product has its own page where all information is collected.
The pages are open, searchable and can be shared via link or QR code. This makes it easy to find, share and access current information about both products and companies.

What information is available on the article cards?

Each article has its own article page, where you can find information based on the data provided by the registered company in the BASTA system, including:

  • Health- and environmental hazard assessment and grade
  • Compliance with BASTA criteria and alignment with external requirements and certification schemes. BASTA maps product information against these frameworks. Read more under external requirements and certifications. (LÄNKA)
  • Climate data (EPD)
  • Circularity
  • Renewability
  • Emissions

In addition to the information provided by the company, the article page may also contain data obtained through digital integrations with external systems, such as eBVD, Svenskt Trä and the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's (Boverket) generic climate database.

What information is available on the company cards?

Each registered company has its own company page with a dedicated search engine for searching the company's registered articles.

On the company cards, you can find information about the company and its articles, including:

  • article names
  • brands
  • the number of articles within each grade level
  • the number of articles that comply with various external requirements and certification schemes
  • BK04 and BSAB codes
  • criteria areas (circularity, renewability, environmental effects and emissions)

External stakeholders

On each article page, you can see how the article aligns with the requirements of a range of external stakeholders and certification schemes. For example, you can see whether the product complies with the requirements of Miljöbyggnad, BREEAM and the EU Taxonomy.
