New e-learning courses about the BASTA system
What are we launching?
We have launched two e-learning courses. The first is an introductory course to the BASTA system, designed to give anyone interested in the system a solid foundation and understanding of how the BASTA system is structured, as well as how information is submitted and retrieved. The course also covers our tools and criteria, along with the requirements we place on affiliated suppliers.
The second course focuses on the audits we conduct to ensure the quality of the BASTA system. It explains the audit process, the documentation affiliated companies need to have in place, and how the audit itself is carried out.
We developed these courses to provide a simple way to gain a quick introduction to the system at your own pace. For those who want to learn more, our free events and training sessions are always available. One of the key benefits of these new e-learning courses is that they can be completed whenever it suits you.
Both courses are available in Swedish and English and are free of charge.
Who can take these courses?
Anyone interested in the BASTA system and looking to learn more about how it works and the information it contains. The audit training course is particularly relevant for companies that have been selected for audits.
What’s coming next?
We will continue to develop additional e-learning courses, and next in line are sales training courses for people in customer-facing roles. These courses will focus on how the BASTA system can be used in customer conversations.
Looking further ahead, we are exploring several ideas for additional training courses, including a criteria training course focusing on the health and environmental criteria within the BASTA system.
