What are the environmental requirements from the cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö?

In Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, there are joint environmental requirements for the procurement of contracts and their implementation. The requirements are based on an agreement on common requirements and aim to reduce the environmental and climate impact.

The cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and the Swedish Transport Administration have jointly developed a joint guide to the requirements, which you can read more about below. In addition to the common requirements, there may also be site- and site-specific requirements. These are then stated in the tender documents.

Other municipalities can also use the requirements in their procurement.
