BASTA is a registered trademark owned by BASTAonline AB. All suppliers that participate in BASTA have signed an agreement where they guarantee that the products that they include in the database meet the qualifying criteria. The agreement also gives the supplier the right to use the BASTA symbol under certain conditions. Any other use of the logo is only permitted with the written consent of its owners.
